Our Mission
North Carolina Empowerment Organization is a 501c3 nonprofit founded upon the principle of advancing North Carolina and North Carolinians. We seek to empower North Carolinians to achieve social, educational, economic, and political self-determination through our pillars of civic engagement and education, mutual aid, and community investment.
Mutual Aid
Resource Collection & Distribution: Within our resource collection and distribution focus area our programs will consist of addressing immediate community needs across North Carolina by way of resources collection and distribution. We desire to provide these services to the most directly impacted and deprived communities.
Red Apple: Community Needs Box (Mask, Sanitizer, back-to-school drives, Free school supplies for teachers, etc)
Community Pantries: Within our Community Pantry focus area our programs will consist primarily of addressing immediate community needs as they relate to nourishment by way of various methods. We desire to provide these services to the most directly impacted and deprived communities.
Living Assistance: Within our Living Assistance focus area our programs will consist of housing guidance in the form of pointed directions to various services and facilities that provide housing. As well as education campaigns on how to obtain housing across North Carolina.
