Kenneth Pittman Sr. is the visionary founder and dedicated executive director of the North Carolina Empowerment Organization (NCEO). Having served 8 years in the United States Air Force, Kenneth is a seasoned veteran who later made Raleigh, NC, his home. His personal journey, marked by experiences of justice impact and involvement, as well as being a cancer survivor, fueled his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Motivated by a deep sense of purpose, Kenneth established NCEO to be a beacon of awareness and a source of crucial resources. His mission is to empower communities throughout North Carolina, addressing pressing issues such as drug overdose, health inequities, food insecurities, and more. Ken's guiding principle is encapsulated in one of his many mottos: "We see You, We love You, We Care." Through NCEO, Kenneth Pittman Sr. strives to create a ripple effect of positive change, fostering compassion and empowerment across the state.
